Catalyst Fidelis Onakpoma is the Executive Director for Initiative for Revolution Strategy & Development and an unrepentant advocate on gender-based violence and social justice. Initiative for Revolution Strategy and Development is a non government, non partisan and non profit organization established under Nigerian laws to promote Community Development Programmes, Women Empowerment, Peace Building, Social Justice, Education and Leadership.

He's a dynamic preacher of the Word of God with the Mandate to raise men and restore destinies through the word of God empowered by the Holy spirit. His initiatives predominantly address the practices and systems that produce women oppression, underdevelopment, bad leadership, poor education and help foster civic engagements in eradicating poverty and injustice in the society. The former South/South and South/East Liaison Officer of Priests Peace and Justice Initiative.  

A former member of National Association of Delta State Students, Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro from 2009 through 2010 Academic Session. Having held different positions both in academic and religious field, he is a sought after leader or his gifts of wisdom, knowledge, faith and prophetic ability. In 2018, he led a group for Advocacy on Credible Free and Fair Elections towards the 2019 General Elections, Nigeria. He is a member, Young African Leaders Initiative(YALI). He's a social crusader for good governance and International Conference speaker.
