As Founder/CEO of Rapid Trainers, headquartered in Chicago-USA, an International Business Consulting & Project Management company, I coordinate and manage the international affairs of THE STAGE AFRICA TRUST FUND For Fight Against Unemployment in Africa. This Trust Fund is committed to fulfilling the charitable purpose of The Stage Africa Foundation to reduce unemployment in Africa by providing fully funded employment and enterprise training opportunities for youths and women in Africa. Our goal for 2018 is to train over 20,000 youths in Nigeria in entrepreneurship and give 500 smartest youth among them the opportunity to PITCH their business concepts for a capital grant of $2,000USD each to start their ventures via Nigeria Got Ideas Reality TV Program. And our Business Support Fund for the African Woman will be empowering 200 women with entrepreneurship skills. To reach these empowerment goals, we need to raise $500,000USD for the first stage of the programme. Do you know that by 2050, the Population of Africa will be 2 billion People and Nigeria will house over 20% of that population. This is very Scary! What this means is that Africa is going to have to find jobs for the young people who will be coming into the labor market. If not, then our future is under a great threat by a cancerous unemployment. The present Libya situation will be a little thing compared to the threat awaiting the entire Africa in the future if we don't act now! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Do you know that currently, half of the 10million graduates churned out of the over 668 Universities in Africa yearly do not get job. Unemployment among young people aged 15-24 years old in sub-Saharan Africa has hovered between 12% and 14% since the global financial crisis of 2008. This data does not include youth in vulnerable employment and those underemployed in informal sectors, who make up at least 70% of the workforce. Just think for a moment, what the security situation in Africa will look like if just 30% of unemployed youths decide crime as their only option! Of course, what do you expect from an idle mind? Unemployment will cause poverty, poverty will cause hunger, and hunger will cause men to engage in crime. This is the treat that awaits our future in Africa. BUT WE NEED TO FIGHT IT NOW!

Just imagine how many small businesses we can create every year in Nigeria and other nations in Africa, if just 1million good hearts in Nigeria and in other African countries decide to donate $12 or $50 monthly to help enterprising youths? We’d be looking at up to 1million smalls businesses just in 10years. WOW! Who said we can’t fight unemployment if we makeup our minds and unite under one campaign!

And God has mandated us to make a solemn call to all Africans and to all across the borders, who will hear our voice and join force with us to fight this cancerous disease called UNEMPLOYMENT!
